Yes, we're based in the US but we ship our products worldwide. Our main markets are in the UK and US.

Shipping times vary based on your location, for example shipping within the US takes 2-8 days, whilst shipping to the UK can take 4-8 days. We offer the following options:

DHL SmartMail Parcel Ground (US): 3-8 Days, Tracked, $4.99, Free over $50

Yes, we understand the importance of discretion at JOCKBOX - this is why we ship all orders in plain mailer bags to give no indication of whats inside.

All orders are sent by DHL and tracked. In the unlikely event of a lost package we can make a claim at DHL.

It's highly unlikely that you will have to pay customs charges when ordering from JOCKBOX, our items tend to fall under the value threshold. However, if charges are applied at customs - please be aware that this is totally out of our control and we're not responsible for these costs.

Unfortunately due to the nature of our products, we're unable to accept returns once the items have been removed from the original packaging. This is to ensure we're putting customers health and safety before anything else.

If we send you an incorrect item or size - this is our error and we will look to replace/refund your order.

In the unlikely event an item arrives damaged, we will look to replace this item with an exact match (when possible) or a close match (when original item is no longer available).

Please note - We will not accept returns for items that do not fit, as we will not resell underwear that has been worn. Please, check the size guide before making a purchase to avoid any unnecessary disappointment.

We advise 3-5 days from the time the refund was processed.
